Hello, my name is Rev. Toby Bates, I am 32 (soon to be 33) years old, and I am a child of God. I have a wonderful and loving little boy (Cody) who is also growing in the Lord. I have been working with children now for about 12 years through Church and Community Outreach Programs. I am a licensed and ordained Minister through United Christian Faith Ministries (UCFM) as well as my own church Christians In Action Minsitries. I am also a substitute School teacher and have recently received my PhD in Psychology.

My work with the youth is a calling from God, of which He has called me to do a work for Him, to be a leader of the youth, to show them the way to Christianity, and to be followers of Christ Jesus. Also to try and teach them morals and a way of life to be proud of and grow with, to become more in the Lord.
It takes a lot of patience and love to do this ministry but, I know my God will supply my every need and lead me in the direction I need to go to lead these youth to His hand. It is my continuing Prayer that I may be able to make a difference in the life of some young person, and one day see them grow into successful and caring adults working for the Lord.
